Please use this forum for AC issues only - this is a Unity issue.  Unity handles all rendering duties, including on WebGL builds.  Unity may provide support for antialiasing for WebGL in the future, but you can ask on Unity's own forums for some workarounds in the meantime.
  • You could try disabling hardware antialising in the Unity "Player" options. Then, add an image effect antialiasing to the your main cameras instead. Though, it'll probably do you and anyone else with the issue better if you go to the Unity forums to ask about your intended platform's limitations. As Chris mentioned, this has nothing to do with AC...
  • @ChrisIceBox Sorry for reporting this. This was not or not only a Unity issue. This was more of a Google Chrome related thing. The newest Chrome has WebGL 2.0 enabled. So antialiasing works fine with the newest Chrome builds.

@Alverik There is no such an option, but I have already tried something like you have mentioned.

Sorry, I made a mistake, the options to disable hardware anti-aliasing should be in unity's Quality settings (you'll have to modify it in all your qualities).
  • There is no such an option in unity's Quality settings, but no problem.
  • Umm, maybe it's the platform you are using then, or where are you checking the settings?Because, in PC or other Mobile I've used, if you go to Edit/Project Settings/Quality it should be listed as Anti Aliasing. You'll have the option to change the quality of the AA or disable it entirely. I've personally opened the Unity editor twice now to double check. You'll usually also get an editable list of the Quality levels you want to offer to the player when they first open the game, like so:

Anyway, in case it's useful I've found a Unity forums thread with people talking about AA not working in WebGL, you can check it here.

Oh, I see. Sorry for the misunderstanding. There is no hardware antialiasing setting only Anti Aliasing setting and yes I have tried something like that as I have mentioned it earlier.

Also as I have mentioned it earlier this was more of a Google Chrome related issue. The latest versions of Google Chrome has WebGL 2.0 enabled by default. So antialiasing works fine.
