How to update AC?

Am I right in remembering that I must delete the AC folder before updating?
I wont lose any of my pre-built stuff will I?

    Er.. Huh? Just checked.. the version Im using is 1.42c...
    Um.. isnt that the latest.. how did that happen actually?

    Yes, 1.42c is the latest.  When 1.43 is out (ETA this week), you won't have to delete the AC folder.
