Aspect ratio locked with Resizable Window

Hello,

I am looking for some insights about the following topics.
I am planning to run the game in Window Mode, Resizable Window, Aspect Ratio 16:9.

The issue that I have is that with this configuration the user can still adjust the window at random ratio and this breaks the visualization of the screen, showing areas that shouldn't be seen.

Is there an option in AC or in general in Unity to have the combination of Window Mode + Resizable Window that you can resize keeping the 16:9 ratio locked?

On top of this I have noticed that if I make a build and I resize the screen manually giving it a weird ratio, if I make a new build without the "resizable" window option the new build starts and is running with the old settings (and the weird ratio is persistent).
