problem qith ui using custom options menu

Is the Title screen menu turning on at the same time as the GraphicOptions menu, or is it on beforehand?
If the Title screen menu's Appear type is set to Manual, you can turn it off with the Menu: Change state Action's Turn Off Menu command.
To have it turn off when the GraphicOptions menu turns on, place this Action in an ActionList asset file, and assign it in the GraphicOptions menu's ActionList when turn on field.
