Document UI shows "Page text goes here"
Hello and apologies for another question!
I adjusted the Documents UI prefab and moved it around a little bit, and now the page text box only shows “Page text goes here.” I’ve already set up Text Mesh Pro in player settings (I did that while implementing the Speech Bubble UI). The text in the Documents UI is also a Text Mesh Pro component and is defined as such in the menu manager. Am I missing something? Thank you!

I don't see any obvious issues - all looks correctly set up.
Your AC version is very old, however - are you not able to update? It'd be worth at least trying out the latest release in a duplicate project - just bear in mind that TextMeshPro support is now a per-Menu option, and involves checking Use TMPro components? in a Menu's properties panel.
