Text Parser Template install question

Ive downloaded the Text Parser Template and the readme says to Select the Template_TextParser asset file
and click Apply in its Inspector to update your game.
However when I select the template, the only button present in the Inspector tab is "Open" and when I click it nothing happens.

I'm not sure how to install templates so please help.

Could you share a screenshot? I'm not sure what the "Open" button would be.
