Firstly, Id like to apologise for the deluge of newbie questions and unfeasible demands from my quarter... Im exited about getting going with AC, and its brings with it impatience and curiosity..
So to my new thought---
Regarding this functionality, character switching?
Im assuming this is to simulate the kind of team based game like Trine for example, where you switch to the Warrior to fight or the Wizard to use a spell?
this in itself means some clever stuff where a NPC needs to be whizzed into the scene to replace the body you just left, as you remove an NPC and use a copy as a player.. er.. right? Possible?
But That is not all...
What if I had 4 characters I could control and they all existed in totally different parts of the map? when I decide to become the Doctor, could I be zapped over to where he is, leaving the SharpShooter to become an NPC?, then when I want to be the SharpShooter again Im zapped back...
And theres more...
What if the characters existed in different scenes, supposing, as the Doctor I wandered into the Meat Factory, we change scenes to show the interior of the Factory, but then need to swap back to the oh I dont know... the Priest, whos currently in a church, Can I have it that when I change characters (via a menu I expect, AC will know the current location of that charater, and which scene they are in, and load that scene, after saving the current location of my current player... the Doctor?

When you use the Player: Switch Action, the game will switch to whichever scene the new player is in. If this is the first time this player has been made active, then you can choose their starting scene/position.
