Implementing Journal with Hotspots

I'm trying to create a journal with hotspots. If you mouse over the left page and it is not the first page, the cursor updates. If you mouse over the right page and it is not the last page, the cursor updates. If you mouse over near the bottom of the screen, the cursor updates to exit. Are there any ideas how best to accomplish this design?

I am using a secondary camera to show the zoomed in journal page.

Create all your cursors in ACgame Editor's tab cursor.
Then set you hotspots Use interactions Cursor : "your cursor" in inspector.

It should change your default cursor to the one you made in ACgame Editor's cursor tab.
