Sorting Maps

It´s possible to make 2 sorting maps in the same scene. Becose i have one horizontal for the order in layer(default) and the other vertical for the scale. The vertical it´s not working only the default horizontal. But if i put the other default the vertical is not working

I don't think it does this. I'm not aware of it anyway.

You can use the Character: Change rendering Action to lock a sprite's sorting order/layer, regardless of their position on the SortingMap.  Place Triggers (or use exising ActionLists) to manually set the player's sprite order as they enter each region, and you'll be able to scale them as normal.
